Bronze UK Sniffer Dogs Official Trial Day 30th Aug Come and have a go at taking part in an official UK Sniffer Dogs Bronze Trial. Test your skills in the four search areas using Red KONG as the search scent: - Bags - Tables and Chairs - Vehicle - Novel Environment This is a timed trial searching for 8 scents in total across the 4 search zones. You will be scored and ranked throughout; if you pass, you will receive an Official UK Sniffer Dogs Rosette and Certificate! Who Can Join? The joy of Scent Work, is that there are no restrictions in regards to age and physicality so any dog can take part, we just ask that you have undertaken some form of UK Sniffer Dogs Bronze level course prior to booking onto the trial. You will be sent a 15 minute time slot for your trial, you are very welcome to stay around longer for a cup of tea and to have a chat with other participants, we just ask that you don't enter the search zones during this time. Vaccinations All puppies need to have had only their 1st Vaccination for Distemper, Parvovirus and Hepatitis – and all dogs should be up-to-date with their boosters. Please bring the Vaccination Record Booklet with you to the first session or send us a photo to our email. What Should I Bring to Class? - Your puppy/dog! All owners are asked to bring their puppy/dog on a collar/harness and a short lead (not retractable please). - Your dog’s Vaccination Record Booklet showing they have had their Vaccinations and they are up-to-date (can be emailed). - Their bed/a blanket for them to rest on during any breaks - A water bowl (water will be provided but some puppies prefer their own bowl. - Some tasty treats to use in training (Differing values, kibble, chicken, sausage etc).

Terms and Conditions 1. We require the first vaccination and a 10 day period after, before a puppy joins the class. 2. All packages are paid for in advance and are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances – as decided by Tricks ‘n’ Treats. 3. For 1-2-1 consultants a minimum of 24 hours notice should be provided for cancellations or amendments or the full fee will need to be charged. 4. All deposits are non refundable 5. All instances of accident or injury must be reported to the dog trainer at the time they occurred, in the class they occurred in. 6. Tricks ‘n’ Treats cannot accept responsibility for loss, injury or damage to person or property. 7. We may have to change the time of a training session or location due to weather or external situations. We reserve the right to do this and will contact you. If not suitable we will try and accommodate you in another class (subject to availability). 8. The following items are NOT PERMITTED in Tricks ‘n’ Treats Dog Training Classes: Choker chains or Check chains; Shock collars including citronella/water 9. All dogs must remain on lead within training situations unless specifically instructed by the dog trainer. 10. We take all reasonable precautions within the structure of classes and in our training situations to avoid injury. However, accept no responsibility for damage or injury resulting from dog bites occurring to clients or their dogs while in a training situation. The Control of Dogs Act 1986 section 21 - "Liability of owner for damage by Dog" applies within our classes and all training situations 11. Well behaved children are very welcome; however, we ask that they do not run around, or approach other dogs during classes. 12. Our course is designed to give you maximum benefit and enjoyment from training your puppy. Training should continue outside of the class in order to get the most from the course. If you are having difficulty with this, speak to us about our one-to-one packages to compliment your class training. 13. Dogs that have injuries, contagious diseases (or contact with other dogs with contagious diseases) or stomach upsets should not be brought to class. Owners are still welcome to attend, so you are able to apply the training at home and not miss course content. 14. Bitches in season should not attend classes.
